E.G. Daily as Mambo


E.G. Daily provides one of the voices for Duckman's brainy, joke-cracking twins whose heads share the same body in Duckman, the USA Network animated adult comedy series from Klasky Csupo, Inc. and Reno and Osborn Productions in association with Paramount Domestic Television.

Born in Hollywood, Daily had a ready access to a career in performing. Trained in acting, dance and voice at such accomplished venues as the Phil Moore Workshop, Lichine Ballet and Lee Strasberg Institute, Daily has starred in more than 15 features as an actress, and leapt to the top of the dance charts as a singer.

Her films have included "Dogfight," "Dutch," "Pee-Wee's Big Adventure," "Streets of Fire," and "Valley Girl." She also provided the voice narration of the character, Lorenzo, in the Oscar-nominated "Lorenzo's Oil."

Daily's chart-topping songs, which also became well-received music videos, include "Say It Say It," "Mind Over Matter" and "Some People."

In television, Daily has portrayed supporting roles in the movies-of-the-week "Critical Condition" and "Empty Cradle." She has also voiced characters in "Rugrats," "Problem Child," "Eek the Cat," "Camp Candy," and the Disney afternoom cartoon, "Duck Daze," where she lended her talents to the teenage Louie.

Her award-winning theatre background includes turns in "Tanzi" and "Lace Around the World."

Daily, who lives in Los Angeles, supports AIDS research with performances in club concert benefits across the country.
